KJ Nelson has a long and successful work experience in sales. In 2011, they began as an Author & Publisher at Journeyer Publishing. In 2012, they moved to Dave Ramsey as a Sales Development Representative, where they sold $400,000 in net new logos in their first year and achieved 122% year over year revenue resulting in net profits of over $100,000. In 2015, they took on the role of Account Manager at Blackbaud, where they served as an integral member of the team, consistently delivered 120% of quota, and were the leading salesman for gross bookings in Fourth Quarter 2016. In 2016, they joined PhishLabs as an Account Executive, where they sold the company's comprehensive suite of SAAS products to leading NPOs. In 2019, they became the first Enterprise Sales hire at Purposity, where they found those in need near them. In 2020, they took on the role of Sales Manager and Enterprise Account Executive (First Sales Hire) at Jungle Scout. Finally, in 2022, they joined VISO Trust as the first Enterprise Account Executive (First Sales Hire).
