Asel Ashergold

Asel Ashergold is currently a Talent Partner in the Value Creation Group at Vista Equity Partners since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Portfolio Human Capital at General Atlantic from 2020 to 2023, where involvement focused on supporting growth companies with capital and strategic expertise. Asel worked as an Engagement Manager at Heidrick & Struggles from 2016 to 2020, specializing in high-growth technology firms and executive searches. Previous roles include Consultant at Hobbs & Towne, Inc. from 2015 to 2017, and Analyst at Korn Ferry from 2013 to 2014, which initiated an executive search career in Russia. Asel also received an international scholarship from the American Councils for International Education in 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Liberal Arts in Psychology from Harvard University, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Pace University, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
