Nikk Ramone

Nikk Ramone has extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Nikk is currently serving as the Head of People and Culture (USA) at Vista Entertainment Solutions since July 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head of People Operations at Hi5 Studios from October 2019 to July 2021. Before that, they worked at Saunders Entertainment as a Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for strategic planning, leadership coaching, and recruitment efforts. Nikk also worked as an HR Generalist at the same company. Earlier in their career, Nikk Ramone served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at ...And Company & Compadre, where they managed the full-cycle HR function and improved company culture. Nikk'sexperience also includes working as an Administrative Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at BDR Inc., where they oversaw administrative operations, ensured compliance with labor laws, and developed departmental policies and procedures.

Nikk Ramone completed their Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, Humanities at California State University, Northridge from 2009 to 2012. From 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Public Administration at the University of Southern California. Nikk later obtained an Executive Master in Leadership from the University of Southern California between 2018 and 2020.
