William Dunn has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2009. In 2009, they began as an Intern at Jamestown Distributors. In 2010, they worked as an Intern at BankNewport, where they built and applied images to all disaster recovery PC's, documented and cross-referenced all bank computer serial numbers, and assembled and installed server rack after hours. In 2011, they worked as a Global Support Center Analyst at Avon Products, providing thousands of employees worldwide with professional support ranging from basic desktop assistance to networking issues. In 2012, they worked as an IT Consultant at InnerCircle Technology Advisors Inc. In 2013, they worked as an Engagement Manager at Lloyd. From 2015 to 2019 they worked as a Senior Support Engineer at CVC Capital Partners. Finally, in 2020 they began working as a Software Support Engineer at Vistar Media, where they help businesses get the most out of digital out-of-home media.
William Dunn attended Rye High School from 2002 to 2006, where they earned their High School Diploma. William then attended Roger Williams University from 2006 to 2010, where they received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. In 2013, they obtained a VMware Certified Associate - Data Center Virtualization certification from VMware. Most recently, they attended App Academy in 2019 to study Full-stack Software Engineering.
