Arwen Kreekel is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at VISTRA since February 2021, Arwen has successfully established collaboration with the HR Global Service Centre, developed service level agreements, and implemented a waterfall reporting system for recruitment and staffing costs.
