Chitra Sharma

Chitra Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Chitra is currently the Head of Customer Support at Indigrators Solutions Pvt. Ltd., specifically managing the Visualfabriq project. Prior to this, they worked at HighRadius as a Manager for Customer Operations, focusing on SaaS and SAP technologies in the O2C domain. From 2014 to 2021, Chitra worked as a Freelancer on Sabbatical, specializing in project planning, project management, and process improvement.

Before that, they held the position of Project Manager Team Lead at Accenture, where they successfully managed a SAP integration project for a large American FMCG player. Chitra was responsible for setting up and managing project tasks, risks, and changes, as well as overseeing project health metrics and client meetings.

Chitra also served as an Advisory System Engineer at IBM, where they utilized their expertise in various technical areas. Earlier in their career, they worked at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Technology Lead, leading implementation and support projects for a US Utilities major. Chitra played a significant role in developing the SAP PI competency at Infosys and mentored a team of over 50 members.

Chitra started their professional journey as a Lecturer at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology. Overall, Chitra Sharma has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and technical skills throughout their career.

Chitra Sharma began their education at St. Joseph's Convent School in Bhopal, where they completed their Secondary education in General Studies from 1995 to 1996. Chitra then pursued their Senior Secondary education in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths at the same school from 1997 to 1998.

After completing their secondary education, Chitra Sharma enrolled at Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communication from 1998 to 2002.

In terms of certifications, Chitra Sharma obtained the "SAP Certified Development Associate - Development Consultant for SAP Exchange Infrastructure" from SAP in August 2006. Chitra also received the "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2022.
