Gozde Karahan

Gozde Karahan is a Market Insight Analyst at Vita Group, specializing in data and insights since January 2023. Previously, Gozde worked as a Senior Consultant in data analytics and consulting at Maptriks from March 2020 to October 2022, and as a Research Consultant at CBRE Turkey, focusing on valuation and advisory services from January 2018 to February 2020. Earlier roles include positions as a Land Development Specialist and Land Development Assistant Specialist at Primist from November 2014 to December 2017, and an internship as a Turkcell PAF Team Member in real estate management in the summer of 2014. Gozde holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and a Master of Science in Building and Real Estate Economics from Istanbul Technical University and KTH Royal Institute of Technology, respectively, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Urban and Regional Planning at Istanbul Technical University.
