Thibaut Troude

CTO and co-founder at VitaDX

Thibaut Troude has a strong background in computer vision with experience in the medical field. Thibaut co-founded and served as the CTO of VitaDX, where they led the research, development, CE marking, and commercialization of an innovative medical software for early detection of bladder cancer. Thibaut was responsible for setting up a compliant process for developing machine learning models and medical imaging software, hiring and leading a team of researchers, managing software projects, and overseeing the IT department. Prior to VitaDX, they worked as a Computer Vision Engineer at CNRS, where they developed an automated fluorescence microscope and software for early detection of tumoral cells. Thibaut also gained experience as a Computer Vision Intern at Imagine Eyes, where they developed software to detect and measure vessel walls for a retinal camera.

Thibaut Troude's education history is as follows:

From 2014 to 2015, Thibaut attended HEC Paris and pursued a degree called Challenge+, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Studies.

Between 2010 and 2013, Thibaut studied at Institut d'Optique Graduate School, where they earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree. During this period, their field of study included Optics/Optical Sciences, Physics, and Image Processing.

From 2008 to 2010, Thibaut attended Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) and completed the PMCP program (Préparation au Magistère et Concours de Physique). Their field of study during this time was Ingénierie Physique/Physique appliquée.

In 2007 and 2008, Thibaut attended Lycée Blaise Pascal in Orsay and completed the Classe Préparatoire program. Their major subjects during this period were Mathematics and Physics/Physique appliquée.

Additionally, in June 2016, Thibaut obtained a certificate in Machine Learning from Stanford University through a Coursera Course.
