Esteban Velasquez

Esteban Velasquez is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the energy sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Vital Energy in the Delaware Basin since September 2024, Esteban has held various leadership roles including Vice President of Field Operations and Operations Manager at Point Energy Partners from April 2023 to November 2024. Prior to this, Esteban was the Director of Operations and Engineering Manager at Pilot Water Solutions from February 2020 to April 2023. Esteban's earliest positions include Operations Manager, Senior Asset Engineer, Production Foreman, and Lease Operator at Trey Resources, Inc. from January 2014 to February 2020, as well as a Pumper/Production Technician at Oxy from May 2011 to August 2013. Esteban earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas Permian Basin in 2014.
