Amanda Carpenter

Amanda Carpenter has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Amanda most recently worked as the Director of People at Vital Farms starting in October 2022. Prior to that, Amanda worked as a Certified Coach, Speaker, and Teacher at the John Maxwell Team since February 2018. From 2014 to 2022, they had two stints as a Human Resources Manager at 3M. Before that, they served as an Associate HR Manager at Post Foods from 2011 to 2014. Amanda also worked at Kraft Foods, where they held various positions including Production Supervisor, Associate HR Manager, Assistant HR Manager, and HR Specialist from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, they had an internship in Human Resources at Kraft Foods in 2005.

Amanda Carpenter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Truman State University. Amanda has also completed a DDI Facilitation Workshop. In terms of additional certifications, Amanda is a Certified Trainer in Conflict Resolution and a Certified Workplace Mediator from the Mediation Training Institute at Eckerd College. Amanda is also a Maxwell DISC Method Certified Trainer and a Certified Speaker, Teacher, and Coach from the John Maxwell Team. Furthermore, Amanda is a DDI Certified Facilitator accredited by Development Dimensions International.
