Razieh Sam

Razieh Sam is the current Implementation Specialist at Vital. Prior to this, they served as the Multi-Site Center Administrator at Behavioral Innovations from October 2020 to May 2022. In this role, Razieh was responsible for managing the cultural, clinical, operational, and financial performance of regional sites. Razieh also coordinated the hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, growth, and development of all clinical and administrative staff. Additionally, Razieh worked with the Software Delivery team to optimize processes and workflows to improve productivity and efficiency of data management and documentation system.

Razieh has also reviewed and assessed annual budgets, financials, and P&L report. Razieh has worked alongside the Marketing department to promote services, building business relationships with network providers. Razieh served as key stakeholder for Intake department, successfully converting > 80% of all new leads into long-term clients. Razieh also established and implemented new service lines for existing clients, helping further retain clients and keep them engaged and understanding of our impact. Razieh has collaborated with Business Development team to increase center enrollment, actively managing referral sources and client onboarding, serving as key stakeholder and account manager for client. Razieh has ensured that the programs and services being implemented follow respective compliance guidelines at the state and national level. Additionally, Razieh has worked with the Clinical team in the evaluation and development of new and existing contracts. Razieh has overseen credentialing process for all staff. Razieh demonstrates leadership, collaboration, and the highest level of service internally, as well as to our clients. Razieh builds growth plans per employee, running a daily huddle, weekly meetings, and quarterly check-ins. Razieh Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive and Behavioral Psychology from Texas State University. Razieh is certified as a Drug/Alcohol and SAP Supervisor from DISA Global Solutions, Inc. and as an Occupational Hearing Conservationist (OHC) from the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation.
