Kat Humphries Montoya

Kat Humphries Montoya, MPH, serves as a Senior Technical Advisor at Vital Strategies, focusing on the design and implementation of overdose reduction initiatives using harm reduction strategies. Prior to this role, Kat was involved with the Harm Reduction Action Center as Programs Director, managing Colorado’s largest syringe service program and overseeing various health-related services while analyzing participant data and developing impactful reports. Previous experience includes a Compliance Specialist role at Vicente Sederberg LLC, where Kat drafted compliance materials and conducted facility audits.
