Mingmar Sherpa

Mingmar Sherpa has a strong background in laboratory work, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. They began their career at Genesis Health System in 2010, where they worked as a Clinical Lab Scientist until 2015. Mingmar then joined ImpactLife, where they held multiple positions including Reference Laboratory Technologist from 2015 to 2017, IRL Supervisor from 2017 to 2020, and Technical Lab Director from 2021 to 2022. Most recently, Mingmar has taken on the role of Director, Reference Labs and Transfusion Services for the NE division at Vitalant since 2022.
