VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Care Coordinator/ Front Office Executive to join our team at a premier global wealth-management firm in Mumbai, India. This role offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a pioneering corporate health and wellness model. As a Clinic Manager, you will play a crucial role in the operation and management of our outpatient clinic, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative health and wellness solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.

• Manage clinic staff and coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.

• Independent handling of all the operating and admin functions of the clinic.

• Initial point of contact for patients, bookings appointments & initial assessment.

• Responsible for maintaining & submitting daily patient report.

• Responsible for managing health & wellness activities/events planned by the management team.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field with strong attention to detail and fair knowledge of medical terminology.

• Minimum 5-7 years' work experience in hospital operations/ clinic management.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Proficient in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with health and wellness programs and corporate health models is advantageous.
