The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to sit within our Professional Services team. The VitalHub UK portfolio of solutions aims to maximise staff time spent with patients by minimising administrative activities and improving the patient experience through innovative and optimised routes to care. The Senior Project Manager role is a hands-on position, so in addition to managing other Project Managers this role will be hands on, managing projects as well.

Your Responsibilities:

• Accountable to the Head of Project Management and taking responsibility for managing and supporting the company project management capability.

• Line manage and develop a team of Project Managers to support organic and strategic business growth.

• Lead, motivate and co-ordinate multidiscipline project teams within a complex engineering environment; ensuring that appropriate skills and experience are utilised to deliver projects in line with the business case.

• Ensure that all project requirements, work packages and tasks are correctly interpreted, planned, resourced, and delivered on time and to budget.

• Maximise the effective use of skills and resources to ensure the successful delivery of implementations so taking full ownership for customer requirements from after-sales clarification to delivery.

• Support the Head of Project Management to ensure effective preparation and presentation of project financial data within the NetSuite program and Ruddr platform. Making sure planned hours and actual hours are adhered to during the project phase.

• Build, maintain and exploit strong relationships with customers, suppliers, internal departments, senior management teams and other project stakeholders by managing expectations.

• Provide support to the Sales Team as required with the business development activities that align with the Company's strategic growth objectives. Ensure all operational processes are compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements and that the required commercial risk management arrangements are in place.

• Delivery of multiple concurrent projects and customers through effective delegation and own activities.

• Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery and customer experience.

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar managerial position
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office including working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.)
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
• Prince 2 or other project management qualification
