Wouter Engel

Wouter Engel is currently a Project Manager and Consultant Water at Royal HaskoningDHV, where Wouter leads project teams and supervises water management projects. Wouter also serves as the CDE Lead Business Line Water, focusing on digital way of working and BIM programs. Along with their roles, Wouter has experience as a Scrum Master and Hydrologist within the Water Management team. Wouter is also working as a Stakeholder Manager at Vitens and has a background in hydraulic modeling and sustainable transportation planning.
