Eduard Ruijs

Eduard Ruijs is the Head of Transition at Vitol, responsible for the energy transition agenda, sustainable energy assets portfolio, and new investments. Prior to this, Eduard served as the Managing Director at BlackRock Global Infrastructure Funds, as well as in various leadership roles at First Reserve and NIBC Bank. Eduard has extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure sector, with a strong focus on renewable energy investments. Eduard holds degrees in Business Administration, Business Law, Law & Economics, and has completed executive education programs at prestigious universities. As a board member of multiple companies, Eduard brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organizations Eduard serves.
