Richard Hudson

Richard Hudson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and financial restructuring. Currently serving as an Operating Executive at Vitruvian Partners since July 2023, Richard previously spent a decade at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Partner in the Restructuring and Turnaround Services (RTS) division. Prior roles include Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, where recent projects involved the financial restructuring of Wind Hellas in Greece and Eircom in Ireland, and Chief Restructuring Officer at Thorn Limited. Richard also holds experience as a Credit Analyst with Intermediate Capital Group and as a Senior Manager at PwC. Richard earned a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol between 1993 and 1996.
