Ada-Sophie Deichmann

Ada-Sophie (Hieronimus) Deichmann is an experienced professional in people and operations management, currently serving as the Head of People and Operations and Head of Operations at vivenu. Prior to this role, Ada-Sophie worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant and Associate, and also completed an internship at BCG and Bain & Company. Ada-Sophie began their career with an internship at Henkel in the Department of Government Relations and Public Affairs. Ada-Sophie holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from the Hertie School.
