Alaina Fisher, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished corporate recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as Corporate Recruiter II for Customer Experience at Vivid Seats since March 2025. Prior to this role, Alaina worked at Paycom as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter II for Core Operations from May 2023 to February 2025 and held positions at MAKE Corporation as a Senior Sourcing Recruiter and Sourcing Recruiter from September 2019 to May 2023. Alaina's recruiting expertise was earlier honed at Prestige Staffing as a Recruiter in Information Technology and at Dillard's Inc. as a Sales Associate. Alaina began a career in management as an Assistant Retail Manager at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort® from August 2016 to December 2017.
