Tim Malican has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tim began their career as a Ski/Snowboard Instructor at Crested Butte Mountain Resort in 2008 and then worked as a Physical Education Teacher Aid in the Hamburg Central School System from 2009 to 2010. Tim then transitioned into a role as a Prevention Education Specialist at Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES from 2010 to 2013. In 2014, Tim joined Forte Group Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter, making connections between companies and employees. Tim then moved to Kapow in 2015 as a Technical Recruiter, where they helped companies book unique client events. In 2016, Tim joined Vivid Seats, starting as a Technical Recruiter and progressing to more senior roles such as Sr. Technical Recruiter, Recruiting Team Lead, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager of Talent, Director of Talent, and finally Sr. Director of Talent. Their roles at Vivid Seats have focused on talent acquisition and management.

Tim Malican holds a Master's Degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Emporia State University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from the State University of New York Cortland, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
