Jon Tibbetts

Jon Tibbetts has a diverse background in software development and engineering.

Jon started their career at Alion Science and Technology as a Software Engineer, where they worked on the Government Asset Tracking System (GATS) Demo. During their time there, they utilized Visual Studio 2005 C# .NET to create a visual 3D simulation demo and utilized Microsoft SQL Desktop Server for data storage.

Following this, Jon joined Polychromix as a Software Developer. Here, they wrote an ERP system from scratch for the startup spectrometer company using C# and SQL. Additionally, they took care of the company's IT infrastructure and lab equipment.

Jon then moved on to Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they served as a Software Engineer. In this role, they designed, wrote, and tested various software applications and worked on translation and internationalization projects. Jon also established the development infrastructure for the software team.

Afterwards, they worked at Mad*Pow as a Web Developer, where they maintained and developed features for the company's website. Jon also updated the ESPNCMS Recap-center website from Kentico CMS version 5 to 8.

Jon's next role was at INHOUSE Digital as a Platform Web Developer. There, they created an online auction website based on an existing auction platform software, modifying the code to meet client needs, using PHP and MySQL.

Jon'smost recent position was at VividCloud, where they served as a Senior Software Developer. In this role, they worked on the digital transformation of client products, leveraging cloud computing, IoT, and data engineering technologies. Jon designed and built new products and systems, as well as rearchitected and migrated legacy software to the cloud.

Jon Tibbetts attended Farmington High School from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University during the same time period (1997-2001).
