Alexis McWilliams

Alexis joined Vividion in early 2017 and is the Senior Director, Human Resources, where she provides leadership and guidance to the organization’s HR operations. She collaborates with Vividion’s leadership to define the long-term mission and goals and identifies ways to support this mission through strategic talent management, including talent acquisition, training and development initiatives, performance management, compensation and benefits design, employee relations, and policy administration. Prior to joining Vividion, Alexis held a variety of senior-level positions focused on all aspects of human capital management. Most recently, she worked with a national real estate sales and marketing firm where she oversaw all aspects of human resources strategy. Alexis graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts.
