Currently serving as the Dyrektor Departamentu HR at Soonly Finance since June 2022, Anna has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of HR at Vivus Finance (PL) and Regional HR Head for 4finance and ICON plc. Anna excels in strategic HR activities, encompassing recruitment, training and development, talent management, and employee engagement, driven by a passion for human capital and relationship-building. Academic achievements include a PhD in Human Resources Management from Kozminski University and a master's degree from Jagielonian University in Krakow.
