Lucas Xavier Simes

Lucas Xavier Simes is a Senior Art Director at VML since February 2023, with prior experience as an Art Director at Edelman from April 2022 to December 2022 and as a Junior Art Director at Upshot from February 2021 to April 2022. Simes began in the field with internships, including a Graphic Design Intern at Plan B® and an Art Direction Intern at Ogilvy. Additional internships include roles at Mauge, Inc., Chicago Children's Theatre, and JNL Graphic Design. Simes holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed studies at the Chicago Portfolio School, as well as an educational experience at the University of Navarra.
