Lora Johnson Coffey, CPXP, has a strong background in client success, client services, product marketing, brand management, and marketing management. Lora is currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Stryker. Prior to this, Lora worked at Vocera Communications for several years in various roles, including Director of Client Services and Product Marketing Manager. At Vocera Communications, they were responsible for transforming client experience and satisfaction, developing project engagement strategies, and overseeing long-term program and customer support management initiatives. Before joining Vocera Communications, Lora worked at The White Stone Group, Inc as a Brand Manager and Product Owner, where they led the creation and maintenance of cloud product vision and aligning marketing and branding initiatives. Previously, they worked at Thomson, Delmar Learning as a Channel Manager and at NetLearning as a Marketing Manager.

Lora Johnson Coffey, CPXP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include being Pragmatic Management certified by Pragmatic Institute in February 2013, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in April 2008, and Certified Patient Experience Professional from the Patient Experience Institute in November 2019. Lora also holds the Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) designation from The Beryl Institute, obtained in October 2019.
