Mark Lichman

Mark Lichman has diverse work experience in product management and development. Mark started their career as a Project Assistant at Massachusetts General Hospital, where they maintained web-based patient information systems and worked on the implementation and development of an internal content management system.

Mark then worked as a Subject Matter Expert at TKC Technology Solutions before joining ICON Clinical Research as a Product Design Analyst. At ICON, they provided product analysis and management for clinical trial software development, including designing a drug supply and patient randomization system and a global patient clinical trial recruitment prediction system.

Mark went on to establish their own startup company, MDi Touch, where they launched and managed a mobile app for consumer interior paint projects and licensed a computer vision algorithm for paint color visualization.

Mark then worked at DigiSight Technologies as a Product Manager, focusing on product development and management in the ophthalmology space. Mark collaborated with ophthalmologists to define product strategy for remote diagnosis using hardware and mobile apps.

Mark's most recent position was at Vocera Communications, where they served as the Manager of Product Management for Mobile Apps and UX. Mark led a team of UX/UI designers and directed product design and management for the company's mobile app, optimizing in-patient clinical communications and workflow.

Currently, Mark works as a Senior Product Manager at Stryker, where they are responsible for product strategy and development.

Mark Lichman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including "Introduction Course" from Strategyn in September 2022, "Digital Product Management" from The 280 Group in October 2020, "Certified SAFe® 5 Agile Product Manager" from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2021, and "Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner" from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2021.
