John Norton

John Norton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. John started their career in 1986 as an Installation Technician, installing voice and data wiring as a sub-contractor for IBM. John then worked as an Installation Foreman at CTCI, where they supervised crews and assisted in the planning and design of cabling systems.

In 1990, John joined First Valley Bank as a Telecommunications Specialist before moving on to St. Luke's Hospital in the same role. At St. Luke's Hospital, they worked their way up to become the Telecommunications Manager, managing daily activities and performing system administration for various communication systems.

In 2007, John joined Axispoint as a Project Manager and Vocera Implementation Consultant, managing projects related to Vocera communication system installations and performing tasks from pre-sales engineering to implementation and support.

John then transitioned to working at Vocera Communications in 2010, starting as a Contract Implementation Engineer before progressing to roles such as Senior Implementation Engineer, Staff Implementation Engineer, and Professional Services Regional Manager Northeast. John eventually became the Director of Implementation Engineering.

Most recently, John joined Stryker as the Director of Implementation Engineering for Vocera. John'swork experience showcases their expertise in project management, implementation engineering, and team leadership.

John Norton attended St Peter's Prep from 1980 to 1984 and obtained a High School Diploma in College Prep. John then enrolled in the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1985, where they studied Computer Science without obtaining a degree. Finally, from 1989 to 1991, John attended Lehigh Carbon Community College and obtained an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science.
