Ryan Cooksey

Ryan Cooksey has held various roles in the medical technology industry. Ryan started their career as a Lead Respiratory Therapist at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and worked in this position from 1995 to 1997. Ryan then joined Philips / Respironics / Healthdyne Technologies as a Clinical Specialist for Non-Invasive Ventilation in 1997. From 1998 to 2000, Ryan worked as an Account Manager at Philips / Respironics, focusing on Infant Monitoring in the Western U.S. In 2002, they became a Senior Account Manager at Philips Healthcare and later transitioned to be a Key Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast and Southwest regions, and eventually a Regional Sales Manager for the Western U.S. In 2011, Ryan joined Intuitive Surgical as a Senior Clinical Sales Representative until 2013 when they moved to Masimo as a Regional Vice-President. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at ivWatch, LLC as a Director of Sales, responsible for the Central and West US regions. Ryan's most recent role is Senior Area Sales Manager at Vocera Communications, now part of Stryker, which they have held since November 2019.

Ryan Cooksey attended Lamar University from 1991 to 1995. Ryan pursued a degree in Applied Sciences, specializing in Respiratory Therapy, and graduated as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
