Lucy Cleveley

Head of Learning at Voco.

Lucy Cleveley has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lucy is currently the Head of Organisational Development at National Theatre since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Learning at Voco. from April 2022.

In 2016, Lucy founded GrowSmart, where they worked as an L&D Consultant. Lucy also holds the position of Co-Founder at Discoco since March 2021.

Lucy has experience working as a Cultural and Behavioural Change Consultant (contract) at Amnesty International UK from May 2017 to September 2017.

At BBC, Lucy held the role of Learning and Development Partner from February 2012 to May 2016. In this position, they were responsible for providing training and development to various teams and introduced Emotional Intelligence as a tool for leadership potential.

Before joining BBC, Lucy worked at Barclays Bank as a Learning Partner for Head Office Functions from July 2010 to February 2012. Lucy was also a Training Manager for Barclays Branches in North London from July 2008 to July 2010.

Lucy began their career at Deloitte as a Learning Advisor from March 2006 to July 2008.

Lucy Cleveley completed their MSc in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London from 2011 to 2014. In addition, they obtained various certifications including Level 1 and Level 2 Psychometrics from The British Psychological Society in May 2014, WAVE from Saville Consulting, A Towers Watson Company in May 2014, Emotional Intelligence Profile from JCA (Occupational Psychologists) in January 2014, Hogan from Hogan Assessment Systems in January 2014, MBTI Step 1 from OPP in March 2011, Team Performance Accelorator from Capstone, Inc. in May 2010, and Leadership Styles and Climates from Hay Group in March 2010.
