Anvesha Singh

Anvesha Singh has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Anvesha held the position of Vice President - Talent Management at Vodafone Idea Limited from June 2022 onwards. Prior to that, they worked at Bajaj Consumer Care as AGM / Talent CoE Head, where they were responsible for talent acquisition, management, and development. Anvesha also oversaw internal communication and external employer branding efforts. At ZEISS Group, Anvesha served as the Senior Manager and Head of Talent, focusing on talent acquisition and management for Zeiss India. In this role, they set up new teams and scaled existing teams to support the organization's growth. Anvesha also held key roles at RPG Group, where they led learning and organizational development initiatives at Raychem RPG and served as the Manager Organization Development at CEAT Tyres. Anvesha started their career with various internships at companies like Crompton Greaves Limited Kanjur Mumbai, DDI | Development Dimensions International, RPG Enterprises, Tata Communications, and PepsiCo.

Anvesha Singh completed their Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Sophia College (Autonomous) from 2004 to 2007. In 2013, they enrolled at the Indian School of Business for a program in Strategic Talent Management, for which the end year is not specified. Anvesha has also obtained various certifications, including Advanced Open Water Diver from PADI in 2022, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2021, ACSTH from the International Coaching Federation in 2021, Open Water Diver from PADI in 2015, Theme Based Lab in OD from the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science in 2014, and BLHP from the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science in 2012.
