Tanmoy Biswas has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. TANMOY started their career in 2007 at Reliance Communications, where they served as an Assistant Manager in Customer Care until 2009. In 2009, they joined Idea Cellular Ltd and held multiple roles including Lead Service Provisioning & Activation and Zonal Channel Support for Bihar Circle and Patna Zone respectively. TANMOY then joined Vodafone Idea Limited in 2018 as the Lead Customer Communication.

Tanmoy Biswas completed their PGDBM degree in Marketing from the Asia Pacific Institute of Management in New Delhi from 2001 to 2003.
