Jessica Shepherd (Wilks) is an accomplished director with extensive experience in digital transformation and customer experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Home Broadband and Digital Director at Vodafone since January 2021, Jessica is dedicated to enhancing omnichannel customer journeys and operational efficiency. Previously, Jessica held multiple significant roles at Debenhams from September 2015 to January 2021, focusing on digital, international channels, and supply chain management. Prior to that, Jessica was the Global Digital & Strategy Director at Coast and held prominent positions at Aurora Fashions, overseeing international strategy and brand development. Jessica's career began as a Merchandising Assistant at Coast, after earning a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Exeter.
