Vincenzo Russo

Vincenzo Russo is a seasoned professional in data science and artificial intelligence, currently serving as the CX BigData & AI Lead at Vodafone since February 2022. Vincenzo's expertise encompasses the application of AI methodologies to enhance customer experience insights. Prior to this role, Vincenzo led a team at Lutech as CoE Big Data Lead and Data Science Manager, where Vincenzo specialized in Machine Learning and was actively involved in pre-sales and consultancy for customer IT departments. Previous positions include software engineering roles at ISC8 and Bivio Networks Europe Ltd, as well as a PhD research fellowship at ICAR-CNR focusing on data stream systems. Vincenzo's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Università della Calabria and a visiting research fellowship at UCLA.
