Dayton Williams, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, project management, and disaster assistance. Since September 2008, Dayton has served as a Certified Professional Coach at Prime Purpose Coaching and has authored several works focusing on grief and healing, including "Through the Grief: A Mother's Journey" and "Dragonflies: New Beginnings for Healing from Grief and Loss." Additionally, Dayton is the host of the VoiceAmerica program "A Light for the Soul That Weeps," which addresses coping with grief and loss. Prior to coaching, Dayton held roles at FEMA as a Reservist Disaster Survivor Assistance Specialist and at IBM Global Services as a Certified Senior Project Manager. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University, an MBA in Project Management from Aspen University, and dual Master of Social Work degrees from The University of Texas at Arlington, focusing on mental health, substance abuse, and direct practice.
