Senior Manager, Customer Success at Volanté Systems

Aayush Kaushik has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Aayush started their career in 2015 as a Process Associate at INTERGLOBE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, where they assisted first and business class travelers with their reservations and provided information on schedule changes.

In 2016, they joined Dafuq Solutions Pvt. Ltd as a Senior Customer Success Advisor. Here, they worked closely with clients, understanding their goals and recommending solutions to help them achieve desired outcomes. Aayush also collaborated with the sales team to introduce new features and opportunities to clients, driving platform adoption and offering industry best practices.

In 2019, Aayush transitioned to a role as a Restaurant Team Member at Tim Hortons. Here, they led a team of 5-6 people and operated the drive-through window and sales. Aayush utilized exceptional customer service skills and demonstrated leadership and initiative while working independently.

Aayush most recently joined Volanté Systems in 2021. Aayush initially started as a Customer Success Associate, working alongside the Senior Customer Success Manager to develop comprehensive action plans and manage existing customer accounts. In 2022, Aayush was promoted to the role of Customer Success Manager at Volanté Systems, taking on additional responsibilities in managing customer accounts and ensuring their success.

Finally, in May 2023, Aayush was promoted to the position of Senior Manager, Customer Success at Volanté Systems. In this role, they continue to oversee customer success initiatives and plays a more senior role in managing and leading the team.

Aayush Kaushik completed a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from Fairfield Institute of Management & Technology from 2012 to 2015. Following this, they pursued further education at Conestoga College. From 2019 to 2020, they studied in the School of Business, specializing in Project Management. Subsequently, they enrolled in the School of Business again from 2020 to 2021, majoring in Supply Chain Management. In addition to their formal education, Aayush obtained several certifications, including Hybrid Events, Virtual Events, System Administrator Certification, and Account Administrator Certification, all from Cvent. These certifications were obtained between March and July of 2021.
