Juan Diego Ponce

Juan Diego Ponce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project leadership and data analysis. Currently serving as Project Lead and Data Quality Analyst for Microsoft Bing at Volga Partners LLC since August 2021, Juan provides critical analysis of crowd judges' performance across multiple languages, collaborating with Program Managers to enhance hitapp performance. Previously, as Project Developer at Eatchat Corp. from September 2017 to August 2021, Juan led the development cycle and managed project schedules to address client-specific challenges. Prior experience includes a role as Product Owner at GE Healthcare from August 2013 to August 2017, where Juan coordinated with third-party teams to create tailored applications. Juan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
