Andrey Fedirko

Andrey Fedirko has extensive experience in project management, customer service, and CRM. Andrey worked at Volia Software as a Project Manager, overseeing multiple international projects and leading a team of 25 people. Under their management, the company experienced a significant revenue growth of 300%. Prior to that, Andrey was the Head of Customer Service Organization at MTS Ukraine, where they optimized customer care processes, managed informational support systems, and automated self-care channels. Andrey was responsible for developing and implementing the customer service strategy and achieving top KPIs. Andrey also served as the Head of CC Management Support and CRM expert at UMC, where they gained expertise in customer service management and CRM systems.

Andrey Fedirko started their education at the 262 Kyiv school from 1986 to 1993. Andrey obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Mathematics. Andrey then attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 1993 to 1999, where they earned a Specialist degree. During their time at the university, Andrey studied Computerizing systems of information processing and managing and also pursued a degree in Marketing.
