Here at Volpara our Senior Sales Directors are responsible for prospecting, nurturing and driving sales opportunities across all products in the Volpara Health portfolio in an assigned territory. You will leverage your experience to establish and continuously develop relationships with C-suite, departmental and technical decision makers in your assigned accounts. Building on your base understanding of breast cancer detection, prevention or genetic programs, your ability to learn the technical and clinical knowledge required will allow you to successfully create new opportunities, position our products, and develop strategies for prospective customers to achieve success with their programs and patients.

Mentoring the Sales Executives and Clinical Sales Specialists working in your pod.
Maintain exceptional business hygiene as directed by your manager i.e.: keep Salesforce updated regularly, utilize other sales related systems as directed, managing security training etc. as requested.
What you will bring to the role:
Purpose driven and passionate about making an impact on patients and health of women and families
Deep curiosity and a willingness to learn
Proven success as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Consultant, Sales Executive or Manager in the medical device/software/genetics/healthcare IT industry
Experience selling SAAS or other software/IT solutions in Women's Health
Excellent market development, pitching, listening, negotiation & closing skills, including the ability to articulate product value propositions and differentiators vs competitive products
Experience in the breast imaging, genetic testing, or oncology markets desirable
Proven and progressive previous experience in engagement and communication with both C-suite and technical decision makers i.e. CEOs, Strategic Planning Directors, CIOs, nursing staff, medical specialty staff (Genetics, Radiology, Oncology, IT, etc.)
Self-starter, delivers against internal targets, with the ability to drive the sales process from opportunity to close
Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of consultative and solutions-based sales approach
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
Excellent organizational and verbal / written communication skills
Experience with Epic and Salesforce preferred
Able to travel domestically for events/customer meetings as required
Ability to work remotely from within the designated territory, while being an effective team player and delivering the Volpara culture
Bachelor’s Degree
Proof of COVID 19 vaccination required, except in limited circumstances where a legally recognized medical or religious exemption may be able to be accommodated.
What you will receive:
The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $155,000 per year. You will have the option to participate in our sales commission program. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, as well as a 401K plan with a company match. We also offer generous paid time off.
