As we embark on this new journey together, we are looking to build out our strategic marketing capability, starting with a Strategic Marketing Director. You could be based in Australia (fully remote), Wellington New Zealand (hybrid) or in the US (remote, pacific time). 

Here is what you would be doing.

  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
    • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with product teams to drive product differentiation and market penetration.
  • Product Positioning and Branding:
    • Define the positioning of Lunit's products within the market to ensure differentiation and alignment with customer needs.
    • Craft compelling messaging and branding strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
  • Go-to-Market Planning and Execution:
    • Lead the development of global go-to-market plans, including segmentation, targeting, and pricing strategies.
    • Collaborate with regional product specialists to customize strategies for local markets and ensure successful product launches.
  • Sales Enablement and Support:
    • Work closely with product, medical, and sales teams to provide them with the necessary messaging materials, training, and collateral.
    • Develop sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educational materials to support the sales process.
  • Performance Measurement and Analysis:
    • Establish KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and evaluate product performance.
    • Collaborate with the commercial operations team to analyze data and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Cross-functional Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Liaise with regional product specialists to ensure alignment on product market fit, pricing, and financial targets.

Here is what you need to demonstrate.

  • 5-10 years of strategic marketing experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is required.

  • Experience in product marketing and clinical marketing. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the medical device or healthcare industry

  • Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration across various departments and lead teams effectively is essential.

  • Ability to think strategically in market analysis and strategy development, translating insights into comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and evaluate product performance.

Here is what you could also bring to the table.

  • Experience in global markets or working in multinational companies.

  • Experience overseeing product marketing and clinical marketing teams, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities in guiding and empowering team members to drive successful marketing initiatives.

    • Leading product marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for product launches, market positioning, and promotional campaigns.
    • Lead clinical marketing efforts, collaborating closely with medical professionals to develop educational materials and initiatives that effectively communicate the clinical benefits of the company's products.
  • A masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken Korean.
