We are looking for a Business Applications Manager who will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing Voltera’s business applications to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making. This person will work closely with various departments to gather requirements, configure, and customize our applications, and ensure data integrations and reporting are seamless.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce, NetSuite, Rippling, and other business applications to support company operations.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data integrations between various applications, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support data analysis and reporting needs.
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements and updates as necessary.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure they can effectively use the applications.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

MUST-HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related discipline
  • 5-10+ years of experience in IT
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite, Rippling, and other business applications
  • Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and tools
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence platforms and reporting
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams

NICE-TO-HAVE:

  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce, NetSuite, or other related applications

LOCATION:

  • San Francisco Bay Area, CA / Denver, CO / Washington, DC Metro – Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)

Compensation ($115,000 to $150,000): Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Our total compensation package includes the base salary and competitive benefits.
