Mykhailo Melnykov

Mykhailo Melnykov has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Mykhailo currently serves as the Head of Engineering at Voltimum, a position they started in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a CTO (Fractional) at CTOaaS from December 2022 to February 2023.

Before their current roles, Melnykov held the position of VP of R&D at Logiq Labs from April 2021 to June 2022. In this role, they managed a team of 60 people, established an engineering culture of excellence, and worked on the development of a stocks trading application for retail investors. Mykhailo also made significant contributions to QA automation, continuous delivery processes, and cloud infrastructure deployment automation.

Melnykov also worked as the Director of R&D at Logiq Labs from June 2019 to April 2021, leading organizational transformations and overseeing the development of various B2B2C SaaS trading platforms. Mykhailo successfully increased time-to-market (TTM) and played a key role in architectural design, development, and deployment.

Additionally, they have served as a Development Team Lead at Morpheus Games from October 2016 to May 2018, a Technology Manager/Technical Lead at Hypnotic Response from January 2010 to October 2016, and a PHP Team Lead at ICEshop from September 2009 to January 2010.

Melnykov has also gained experience as a Lead Software Engineer at Livemercial from July 2008 to September 2009, a Senior Web Developer at EPAM Systems from 2005 to June 2008, and a Senior Web-developer at B2BITS from January 2005 to January 2008.

Mykhailo Melnykov obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' between 2000 and 2006.
