Will Killian has a diverse range of work experience. Will started their career in 2010 as a Student System Administrator at Millersville University. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Delaware. Will then joined Intel Corporation in 2013 as an MIC Software Development/Validation Intern.

In 2015, Killian worked as a Graduate Research Intern at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, optimizing high-density physics algorithms for parallel architectures. Will continued their research at the lab in 2016, developing optimization speedup prediction models for high-dimensional codes.

Will Killian completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 2007 to 2011. Will then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Delaware from 2011 to 2014. Lastly, they continued their studies in Computer Science at the University of Delaware from 2011 to 2018, although the specific degree obtained during this period is not specified.
