Customer Success Manager at Volumental

Stefany Bogatan has been working in the field of education since 2012. Stefany began as an English Instructor at Al Akhawayn University, where they taught academic English classes and held office hours for students requiring extra help or mentoring. In 2014, they moved to EC Toronto, where they increased student confidence for everyday communication and organized weekly activities around the city. In 2016, they were an English Instructor at Berlitz Denmark. In 2017, they worked as an English Instructor at the University of Toronto - Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, where they helped international students familiarize themselves with Canadian culture and advised them on different points of interest in Toronto. In 2019, they began working as an English Instructor at VIPKid, where they provided feedback after each class and maintained a perfect score rating from the parents. Stefany also became a Global Partnerships Project Manager at Learnlife, where they acted as account manager to international and local clients. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Volumental and an Account Manager at Momentum Data.

Stefany Bogatan has a diverse educational background. In 2019, they obtained their Master's degree in Business Communication - Advertizing, PR & Marketing from INSA, Business, Marketing & Communication School. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Adult Education and Community Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto in 2015. In 2010, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Waterloo. Stefany also took part in a Study Abroad program in Urban Planning at RMIT University in 2009. In addition to this, they have obtained several certifications, including a Project Management Life Cycle certification from edX in 2020, a CELTA certification from EC Toronto in 2012, a Content Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy in 2019, and a Social Media Certification from HubSpot Academy in 2019.
