Anna Johansson has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and roles. Anna began their career with an internship at Ericsson in 2000. Since then, they have held various roles at Volvo Construction Equipment, starting as Project Manager in IS/IT in 2003. Anna subsequently worked in Project Manager Business Development, Strategy and Planning, Project Manager for Purchasing & Supply Management, Chief Project Manager, Manager of Parts Engineering for New Product Development, Manager of Parts Enablers Product Improvement, and currently serves as the Head of Diagnostic & Maintainability Engineering WLO & Core Technology. Their tenure at Volvo Construction Equipment lasted from 2003 to the present.

Anna Johansson obtained their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial management and engineering from Luleå University of Technology between 1997 and 2003. Additionally, they studied German for six months at Internationale Hochschule für Ausländer from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued complementary high school studies in Engineering and natural science at Umeå University from 1996 to 1997.
