Taonga Banda

Taonga Banda is a Frontline Support Engineer at Voneus Broadband with experience in broadband optimization and customer support. Prior to this, Taonga worked as a Broadband Expert at Cuckoo and a Junior QA/ Mx Specialist at Locket, where they implemented Agile methodologies and developed test plans. Taonga also has experience in real incident management, customer support, healthcare assistance, and painting/decorating. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management at The University of Bolton.
