Deborah Cadogan

Deborah Cadogan has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Vice President of Human Resources, International at Vontier starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they held various senior HR roles at companies such as Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Konekt Employment, O'Brien Glass Industries, Outotec, GE Energy, GE Power & Water, GE, Network Ten, and BAE Systems Australia. Their roles involved directing HR operations, providing strategic guidance, and overseeing HR functions across different regions and companies.

Deborah Cadogan has completed the Managers Development Course in 2012 and Advanced Human Resource Management in 2009 at the GE Global Learning Centre, Crotonville in the USA. Deborah has also studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the Institute of Personnel Management in the UK. Additionally, they have obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester, Institute of Science & Technology.
