Jessica Doherty

Jessica Doherty, MBA, has a progressive work experience in human resources. Jessica is currently the Vice President of Human Resources Transformation & Corporate at Vontier since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Gilbarco Veeder-Root as the Vice President of Human Resources, Global Functions, where they partnered with functional leaders to develop talent roadmaps and strategies and implemented a new employee resource guide. Jessica was also the Vice President of Human Resources at Veeder-Root, where they focused on talent and employee experience strategies and implemented a global flexible working toolkit. Before that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Setra Systems & Dover, where they led the HR team and developed talent and acquisition standard work. Jessica also worked as the Campus Brand Manager at Fortive, where they built the corporate brand and talent strategy at Harvard Business School. Earlier in their career, they held roles as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Coordinator at Setra Systems & Dover-Danaher operating companies and PerkinElmer, respectively. Jessica's experience showcases their expertise in talent management and development, employee experience, and HR strategy.

Jessica Doherty holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Business, at Merrimack College from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they have acquired certifications including Korn Ferry 360 Certification from Korn Ferry, Journey to Allyship: Aware from Vontier, and Team Performance Model Facilitator from Drexler Sibbet. Jessica also possesses training as a Situational Leadership Trainer from The Ken Blanchard Companies.
