Mike Lee

Mike Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mike is currently the Head of HR Technology and Transformation at Vontier. Before that, they held the role of Global Head of HR Technology at Interpublic Group (IPG) where they led HR transformation activities and implemented new systems and processes. Prior to that, Mike was the Global Head of Recruiting Technology at Bloomberg LP, where they focused on enhancing the candidate experience and improving the quality of hire. Mike also has experience in HR Technology at Prudential Financial, New York Life Insurance, and BNY Mellon, where they oversaw various technical projects and implemented solutions to support business strategies. Additionally, Mike worked as an IT Project Manager and Business Systems Lead at Vitech Systems Group, and as a Proprietary Trader at Hold Brothers Capital, LLC. Mike started their career as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they managed the design and administration of employee benefits plans.

Mike Lee has a BA in Economics from Binghamton University. Mike has additional certifications in Series 55, Series 63, and Series 7, obtained from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in June 2005.
