Ross Cooke

Ross Cooke is an experienced construction and engineering professional currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Vortex Lining Systems at Vortex Companies since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Estimator at United Infrastructure Group, where responsibilities encompassed materials procurement, project plan interpretation, and safety management, as well as project management for various initiatives in South Carolina's Lowcountry. Cooke's background also includes significant military service in the US Army, where leadership roles included Fire Support Officer and Battalion Operations Officer, overseeing personnel training and operational planning. An early career began as an Electrical Helper at GreenWood Construction, providing foundational experience in construction and electrical systems. Cooke holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University.
